Who we are and what we do?
we are a company based in lithuania, supplying permanent makeup, microblading and aesthetical products since 2011. during this time we distributed world biggest brands and we understand which products are good and bad. after this experience, we saw an opportunity to improve now existing products and it was a reason to establish skin monarch brand
