Skin Monarch Avant-Garde Line Eyeliner Pigment True Black is a new-generation permanent makeup pigment created for professional eyeliner procedures. This very deep black shade is designed for intense, defined and long-lasting eyeliner results with smooth implantation and stable healed color.

The Avant-Garde formula combines inorganic and organic pigments, allowing artists to perform professional eyeliner techniques with controlled application and strong colour saturation.

The specially developed pigment formula supports faster penetration into the skin, with healed results retaining approximately 70–90% of the implanted colour.
